When Returns Are Accepted

Loose gems, faulty clasps, missing elements, or plating flaws present upon arrival.
Shipping Damage
Visible harm to the package or item, backed by an unboxing video of the sealed parcel.
Incorrect Order
You receive something other than what you selected at the time of purchase.
Key Time Limit — 48 Hours
Submit your return request within 48 hours of delivery via email to mail.shraddhagemsandjewellery@gmail.com. Include:

What Can't Be Returned
We're sorry, no returns on:

- "Final Sale" discounted items

Refund or Exchange
After quality inspection, we process your refund or exchange promptly.

Rare Stock Issues
