Loose gems, faulty clasps, missing elements, or plating flaws present upon arrival.

Shipping Damage

Visible harm to the package or item, backed by an unboxing video of the sealed parcel.

Incorrect Order

You receive something other than what you selected at the time of purchase.

Key Time Limit — 48 Hours

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Clear photos of the problem
  • Brief explanation of the issue
Late requests cannot be honored to maintain our quality standards.

  • "Final Sale" discounted items

Cancelling Orders

Rare Stock Issues
