All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Pricing and availability may change at any time. Orders may be cancelled in cases of stock unavailability or clear listing errors.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund if payment has already been received.

Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by location, public holidays, operational delays, weather, or courier-related issues outside our control. Once a parcel is handed to the delivery partner, transit timing is influenced by the carrier — though we'll still assist with tracking and issue resolution. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. We restrict returns for customized items and limit acceptance to defects, transit damage, or comparable exceptions. Please read the return policy carefully before making a purchase.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to operational status and store confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible — any eligible resolution after delivery follows the return policy. In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing mistakes, verification concerns, or delivery impossibility. Any paid amount will be refunded in such cases.

All content on this website — product photos, videos, graphics, text, branding, designs, logos, and layout — belongs to Shraddha Gems and Jewellery or is used with permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or cancel orders in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse of services, or any conduct considered harmful to the business or other users. You may stop using the website at any time.
